Return Policy
You can always expect high-quality customer service from Creatures 4 Kids, Inc. If you are dissatisfied with the appearance or performance of your Creatures 4 Kids hat, simply return it to the address below via priority mail with the original packing receipt within 30 days from the purchase date. We will gladly exchange your purchase or offer you a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We cannot accept any items for exchange or refund that are altered or damaged in any manner, as determined by a Creatures 4 Kids, Inc. representative.

To return a purchase, please take the following steps:

1. Include the item(s) you wish to return in their original form, without any alterations.
2. Include the packing receipt.
3. Include an explanation for the return and whether or not you would like to exchange the item for other merchandise or if you would like a refund.

If you are returning an item for an exchange, your replacement item will be shipped to you after we receive your return, provided the item is in stock.
